Here at Moffatt we value each and every one of our customers. And we like to offer you just that little bit more. That's why we:
- only deal in collectors' quality prints;
- endeavour to keep all 168 Flower Fairies in stock at all times;
- offer a choice of mount board colours at no extra cost;
- mount all our prints to order, so we can mount two or three prints together, if that’s what you’d like, at no extra cost. Just email us with your ideas;
- guarantee all our Flower Fairy prints are over fifty years old – we’ll provide a certificate too, if you would like one. Just let us know;
- can send your chosen print to another address, if it’s a gift, and include a personalised birthday or gift card too. There’s no charge for this service;
- refuse to overcharge for postage and packing. We include First Class Recorded Delivery (UK only) in our very reasonable post and packing charges at no extra cost. Our basic £2.95 (approx US$4.86 / € 3.42) post and packing charge also covers airmail to Europe and countries outside Europe. For full details please see How to Order page;
- aim to complete orders within five working days. If you need your print sooner, please email - we are usually able to help.
